Web-Support & Content Specialist

To expand our team, we are looking for a Web Support & Content Specialist (m/f/d) to maintain the sophisticated digital solutions we have developed, support our clients and, together with our interdisciplinary team, continuously improve them.

You will be responsible for managing digital platforms, web applications and corporate websites that have been in operation for many years and are constantly being expanded. Your main responsibilities will include client communication, content management via CMS and technical support. Our focus is on healthcare, pharmaceuticals and medtech. We work for well-known companies in an environment where reliability, data protection, security and long-term maintainability play a central role. In addition, we support selected clients from the B2B sector and the public sector.

Here’s what you’ll be doing with us:

Client Communication
You’ll be the first point of contact for our clients regarding any questions, requests for changes and technical issues relating to their web projects. You’ll advise them in a friendly, solution-oriented manner and on an equal footing.

Website maintenance and content management
You will be responsible for maintaining the content and structure of the websites we manage. This includes the error-free entry of text, images and new features via common content management systems such as TYPO3 and WordPress.

Technical support and ticket handling
You will receive fault reports, analyse sources of error and resolve minor issues independently. You will prepare complex technical requirements for our development team in a structured and clear manner.

SEO & GAIO (Generative AI Optimisation)
You will assist with search engine optimisation (SEO) for our clients’ projects. In addition, you will explore the emerging field of GAIO and learn how to structure and prepare content optimally for AI-powered search systems.

Collaboration and Quality Assurance
You will work closely with the development, UX, design, consultancy and project management teams. With your eye for detail, you will ensure the quality of live systems and guarantee their smooth operation.

What you bring to the table:

• Experience in IT or web support, customer service or content management for digital projects
• Proficiency in commonly used content management systems (particularly TYPO3 and/or WordPress)
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A basic understanding of web technologies (e.g. HTML/CSS) and enthusiasm for digital trends
• Ideally, some initial experience with SEO and a keen interest in Generative AI Optimisation (GAIO)
• Strong customer focus, excellent communication skills and patience when dealing with clients
• A structured, independent approach to work and strong problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in German for working with the team and clients, as well as a good command of English

It is not essential for us that you are already an expert in every area – particularly SEO or GAIO. What is important is a sound basic technical understanding, a sense of responsibility and a willingness to familiarise yourself with these forward-looking requirements.
