New Work has become a fighting term for many. Especially during the pandemic, the topic gained popularity, especially regarding working from a home office.

In our new episode, we talk about what New Work means to us and how we personally benefit from New Work concepts. Of course, we always have the historical origins of New Work in mind – ever heard of Frithjof Bergmann? 😉

Bergmann is considered the founder of the New Work idea. We talk about his way of thinking and explain why there is much more to it than a table football in the creative room. We talk about perceptions of New Work in our office, our personal perspective, and answer why New Work is not just about feeling good.
