Prospan.com – new, global CI goes digital

The challenge: to renew and harmonize Prospan’s brand presence worldwide. Our goal was to make the introduction of the new corporate identity as attractive and seamless as possible – with the goal of encouraging the majority of distribution partners to adopt the new brand appearance. In the first step, we developed a new global brand presence at prospan.com as a blueprint for all countries. This approach makes Prospan digitally accessible, sets it apart with needs-focused content and services, and enhances customer loyalty.

Our “Digital Fit Analysis” puts the new corporate design through rigorous testing. The result: a consistent brand presence across digital channels and all touchpoints.

The UI/UX concept, including information architecture and wireframes, lays the foundation for a completely redesigned user experience. Following the principle of "Fail Fast, Fail Early," all stakeholders gain early visibility into potentials and gaps in the project.

The design system and modular content enable high flexibility and easy, need-based adaptability for countries and distribution partners. The new, modern, and intuitive web presence for Prospan serves as a blueprint for worldwide use with straightforward localization. Scalability and future-proofing by design.
